I'm a little wound up today. Sort of.

I'm really tired... we went out for dinner last night, and it was sloooooow service.

Technically, it was our nice dinner for our anniversary. Mmm... italian! But we got home late, and I'm dragging this morning--2 late nights in a row!

Saw a serviceman propose to his girl there, though... she was soooo embarrassed! It was cute!

Did you get any ornaments Synn?
  • Jul 26, 2007, 09:39 AM
    Synnen
Just 2... the next one in the Flower Fairies, and the next in the Mischievous Kittens.

Been pretty disappointed in Hallmark the last couple of years. Most of their ornaments are now really cheap plastic CRAP, and they keep buying into the whole popular market thing. I'm so tired of seeing ornaments from whatever the popular movie is that summer!

I've taken to buying a lot of my "yearlies" elsewhere. We get ornaments to fill in collections for nieces and nephews, and an ornament to mark each Christmas we've spent together. Last year I was desperate enough to go to one of those places where they PAINT on the year for you! The "Our Christmas together" ornaments this year are so horrible! And the only REALLY good ornament they released this year, in my opinion anyway, was a limited release of a fairy.

I'm probaby going to write them this year, and then once I've finished the series that I'm on, never start another with them.

Judging by everything I've read since I joined, it sure seems like it. One thing though... it's like a little comunity and I am like not involved.. though I do try...

We absolutely do NOT mean to make it that way.

We're just all talking at once... please! Just speak up!

I post from work during the day, so my posts are generally pretty sporadic. I NEVER mean to exclude ANYONE who posts here! I'm just sometimes posting on the fly and miss things

Awwe, I know... it's not anyone specific, it's basically that like everyone already knows each other and I'm just there:p

Well, I know how you feel. I was new once too!

We're just talking, seriously. When we get talking about music, or PMS, or chocolate, or whatever... just speak up with what you've got to say! I promise I will work harder to make people feel more included. It's just been a very busy couple of weeks at work for me, and I've been kind of self-centered. I'm sorry you felt left out at all :(

Well, every now and again Nosna or Magprob or CaptainRich or Jesushelper pops in.

But it's mostly just us girls in here.

Personally, I think it's that we scare the guys away.
