Well, I am about to leave for the airport to pick up visiting family, been up since 4:30 AM to beat the traffic...

Well, I had to get up early for work today again. One of the girls is on vacation. Today I actually remembered to zip my pants though. Yesterday I got the buttons and somehow forgot the zipper. These early days are terrible. I ran on 4 hours of sleep yesterday, right around 3 last night...

Chicago was in the running, we lost the bid for the Olympics.

I am happy to announce that I just got 5 more hours per week at work and they will be overtime hours so that really made my day.

You know I really wanted it that way and I thought it was going to be that way too. I have been having these talks about getting my hours back with my boss and he was trying to find a way to get my 10 hours back a week that I lost. He smiled yesterday and said I probably wasn't going to get my hours back. So, he was wanting to make up the difference to help me out so I thought I was about to be getting 5 more dollars on the hour. Haha. Well this was his choice. I also get a raise in 2 weeks so that makes me happy too.
