No, actually I'm not okay. Stress has gotten the best of me and I need to unwind.

When is that? You know, there are only 24 hours in a day. I don't have time to breathe let alone put my feet up!!

Funny, how not too long ago a bunch of people here thought I was a hero, that I was perfect, that I possessed certain talents.

Well, guess what, now you see the real me. I would give my right arm for some of you to spend time here during pre-test week. OMG!!

Wow, hitting the hard stuff. Eating the worm too. That will knock you out for a good day. Have a rest J, goodnight.

We still (I) still feel like you are a wonderful, very strong woman... For doing what you are doing... I wouldn't be able to do it! Truth be told!

J, you've been in my thoughts all day.

I STILL think you're a hero. I still love you. I'm still cheering you on from the great white north.

Put school first, and let everything else figure its own place out from there. Your hubby and kids can help you with that.

/slips a little Bailey's into some coffee, and passes it over.

You bring tears to my eyes, literally. Okay, tears aside... I'll take that Bailey's and coffee at 4:30 tomorrow morning.

I guess I am just suffering from "short timer's disease" By May will be completely free of care plans, and health assessment tools... no more teaching/learning plans.

Oh, God, I can't wait. It won't come a moment too soon.

    May!
    May come quick
So all this info can stick
    J needs you bad
So come on before Start gets mad
    May come soon
Before she turns into a loon
    We need you now
    Some way some how
    We will get through
    Together me and you!

J, sorry, these words just slipped right out... and well, I wish May would hurry for you sweet!

I know you don't want music here CBW, but I got to unwind!!

I like it J... unwinding right now!
Except I got my K-Swiss instead of Reeboks LMAO!

I know CBW doesn't want music, but I just had to.

Now, if I never see a care plan again, I'll be happy. All paperwork is done for the semester, no clinicals, only studying.

God what I would give to be in the Looney Bin (as a nurse not a patient). It's so much easier to deal with mental illness than it is physical illness.

Why is that? Why would it be easier?

Mental health is easier to me. I don't know why, but it is. I enjoy listening to people who see and hear things. I understand neurotransmitters better than I understand normal lab values.

I guess I am looney enough to relate to people who are psychotic. It just fascinates me

As I see it, internists and orthopedists are mechanics--fixing and restarting things that have broken or quit working. But psychiatric workers are priests and shamans--absolving sins and casting out demons. It's a high calling. Go for it!

All safe, pretty much considered full term now... she thinks it will be early due to his size and the fact that my pelvic floor muscles seem to be lazy... I should've known a part of me was lazy ;)

CBW, I have everything crossed for you as well... :)
