Are you the cucumber advocate then Ruby? Who is to be the judge, and the jury? I don't think I'll want salad with dinner after this... at least not with those in it...
Night cbw... till tomorrow.

Night cbw... till tomorrow.
Cukes are pressing charges under U.S. penal code 69.
G' night my bunny girl. Sweet dreams. Dream of Queen of the effing universe.
Myth, if you looked at the thread, I am Queen of the effing Universe. So, veggies do come under my protection. Someone needs to be the cucumber advocate, so I will step up.
Next time you make one of these threads J it had better have something to do with a freezer.
Ok Ruby... Now to elect an impartial judge... hmmmm
You mean you like your cukes frozen?
Can I be goddess of the galaxy??
OMG!! Now I'm the one digging a hole...
Cuke abuse! For shame. That gets added to the lawsuit. Still falls under Penal Code 69 guidelines.
Myth, you can be Goddess of the Galaxy. Just get a t-shirt made. Then everyone will know who you are, and will bow down to the Goddess.
I'll have to find my hubbys air brush kit... mmmm how would I like it done...
This is the best I can do Myth.

Those are cool. I like them... I was kind of thinking more momish. When I find it or paint it I'll post a pic of it.
Ok ladies,
The cukes conversation... what are the cukes being used for?
Especially the frozen ones.
Think about it tusc ;) its rude lude and crude
Oh I got it...
It actually made me chuckle already this morning...
Lude and Crude... makes me want to slap me pappy.
Deary me, what has become of you all?
LOL I just couldn't put it any other way than being explicit lol
Cap nothing has become of any of us we are just being normal women :D
"normal"
LOL you just wouldn't understand pppffffttttt
Those in the US - got plans for Memorial Day?
We have a bank holiday weekend here too you know ;) I have the in laws coming to stay :D
We're GOING to the in-laws this weekend. Yay! Fun!
It's up at the lake, but it's supposed to be rainy all weekend, and the niece and nephew will be there.
I'm soooooo looking forward to it--can you tell?
Lol Syn wish you could come here for the weekend millie would run round you in circles lol
Well first I am going to put my cuke in the freezer...
Then I am going camping...
Rain on Sunday... but Saturday is supposed to be nice.
In-laws are coming Saturday to Sunday.
Yipee it is a fun in-law weekend
Don't you mean an out-law weekend giggle
You know... I usually love kids.
But this particular niece is completely spoiled by her parents and grandparents. If she doesn't get her way, she starts shrieking until she does.
When she's at my house, with my rules, she gets a swat for that. I don't put up with that crap. I'm the adult, I make the rules, and she doesn't HAVE to like them.
But I've had a headache for over a week, and I'm just starting the barrage of tests I'll have to go through. I'll be damned if I'll put up with that little girl's shrieks, my house or not. It'll probably cause rifts within the family, and everyone will be pissed at me, but for heaven's sake---she's almost 4! She should know by now that there are rules, even if the only rules are no TV while eating, and food should be eaten at the table... that sort of thing.
My niece turns 11 today - so we are having a birthday/holiday cookout at my house on Saturday.
Or as I like to say.
In-laws + length of time = vodka tonic
Who is worse the mother-in-law or father-in-law?
The father-in-law. Definitely the father-in-law.
I am hoping to sleep in on Sunday and be waited on hand and foot. It's my birthday and the hubby won't be at work... after that who knows... lol. Father in law is a disney land dad. Always around for the good times but when things get tough he's not around. Mil and I get along really well... can you believe that?? Lol
My mother in law is Mrs. Claus. Seriously.
She's always sweet and nice and makes me cookies, and helps me with the hard mending, and teaches me knitting, and is really just the nicest woman in the world.
My father in law is a redneck Republican who thinks that Dubya is the greatest thing since bread. He and I butt heads a lot.
Sound like she's wonderful. My mil just helped us start the process of buying our first home... We have a lot of work to do on it but it's worth it... especially for the price. No more renting... yeah!!
I love my mother in law and my father in law dearly I was the one that invited them here we will be spoilt rotton and we rarely get chance to be alone with them when we go there because its crazy sibling rivelry for the others :(
I hope that I'll make a good mom in law when the time comes
That is funny because my in laws are the exact opposite of yours. My FIL is the sweetest kindest man I have ever met. I now call him Dad, which is a big step for me.Quote:

Yeah... I'm bringing a bottle of scotch with me.
And stopping for ear plugs on the way home tonight, too.
Ohhh buy me a pair too :)
Only if you sit on the deck with me and ignore everyone on Saturday night!
I am in... I often find ways to be "busy." But I would rather just sit on the deck
My hubby tolerates my mom who has gotten to the point where she just kind of talks and talks and talks whether anyone is listening - or even in the room for that matter.
His mother is a hypocondriac (sp?) that doesn't talk about much besides her aches, pains and doctor's visits. She used to not like me much, but since my Brother in Law remarried - I am the Good DIL, and the new DIL is evil.
I lost my FIL last November - 59 years old to a heart attack. My dad died 2 years ago of stomach cancer. This will be the first year I don't have someone to mail a Father's Day card to.
I just heard that they aren't coming till Saturday now means I've got another day of cleaning :)
CBW - are they far away?
