Hungry. Tired, but refreshed from a weekendof relaxation... even if it didn't include a lot of water

Emland, that is so funny, I just went to read that. What a nerd. Hope all is well.

Why, thank you CBW! Getting reddies for my opinion doesn't bother me - but for something stupid it does!

I guess it is my own fault though. I posted a link to a schizophrenia site - but realized after the fact that she said her son was 3 not 13.

Did everyone have a good weekend? I worked like a dog putting a monster swingset together. Had to come to work to sit down and rest a few minutes.

Yeah, as I was grooming our 3 dogs yesterday, I thought, this is kind of therapeutic!!

Half the office is gone on vacation it seems, so it is quiet. My boss is really cranky today so I am avoiding him as much as I can.

I sometimes miss going to my evening job. I will be honest, I love the "adult" talk. Maybe that is why I come here. Dog grooming? My dog is lucky to get fed with all the kids running about

Sometimes quiet is good, other times it feels eery!! The cranky boss is the one to steer clear of, good idea!

Ya, steer clear of the grumps. Stay close to us cool people

My dogs get lost in the shuffle at home too. Its just they were filthy from running outside in the mud! One thing led to another and then I began clipping nails, trimming hair. It was a whole to do! I have a Chow Chow (14 yr old), a Maltese (almost 3) and an English Bulldog, who is a year and a half. Let's just say it is a regular three ring circus at my house on a daily basis!

Sounds like it, wow, three dogs and kids. I love our dog but we just let him go and do whatever. I am more of a cat lover, I think it is because I am lazy to go on walks...

    shatteredsoul
Well, I am allergic to cats so they are not allowed in my house! The dogs do whatever most of the time. We are so busy that we aren't always consistent with walks and stuff. Thank goodness we have a big backyard! I am sure I must have been temporarily insane when we got the third dog. I am definitely not the dog whisperer!!

LOL, you are too cute. Get over here and clip my dogs nail, k? I am too scared I feel like I will hurt him.

Emland - I gave you a greenie too. Lol

Shattered - I am deathly allergic to cats as well, but big welcomes for the dogs. Lol

Start - Good to see you back.

AL - Good relaxing weekend. It is always good to have one of those, although I am sure it does not happen too often.

Laura - Did you get any relief yet?

I hope I do not miss anybody, Just want to say hello to everybody here.

Arrgh!! I just can not stand today's youth... I feel so sorry for my children, seeing who it is that will be parenting their peers. I get so frustrated with these whiney little self righteous, know-it-all spoiled "I want the whole world" teenagers. Grrr... >:(

EDIT... that was supposed to be an angry face... grrr.

    alkalineangel
OK... I must have posted it here then... it was about some British slang I didn't understand... nothing terribly important... Harry Potter stuff.. lol...

The question I was monitoring disappeared... did I miss something?
  • Jun 25, 2007, 01:46 PM
    curlybenswife
Yes you did why were you even answering a question asked by someone under the age of 16 who shouldn't even be having sex its illegal and amhd doesn't not condone under age sex lol simple as.

Ok rant over but if you ever see anything like that from someone who is obviously not 16 or over report it poppet.
  • Jun 25, 2007, 01:48 PM
    alkalineangel
Oh, I didn't know that... I see those all the time... I wasn't condoning it though, I was suggesting against it... sorry, I will know better now, thanks.

I didn't even read it ben saw it was bright pink and said what the hells that I get a right bollocking for not telling him sooner lol

Bright pink? Some alert? Yeah, I see that kind of post on here occasionally, and we always tell them to wait until they are older, but I never knew there was an actual rule against it. Apologies to Ben and to you...

I didn't know that about the underage posts, either. We were all counseling her against it. I hope she takes it to heart.

Just take it as rule of thumb if they are under 16 they should be having sex full stop report it it will be removed, I truly hope she took heed but I doubt it the amount of youngsters with children is getting more and more common its so sad.
