Hope you have a nice day! I am in need of getting the house cleaned, already picked it all up yesterday, I just can't seem to find the "cleaning" time since I started working. I need one of your "special people" to come over. See you in a bit!

Morning everyone!
I have to hit the cleaning too.
I bought the cleaning products Green Works.
They are made from coconut oils and I think they are attracting ants!
I'm going to have to go over everything I cleaned yesterday with my regular cleaning stuff to see if that fixes the problem.
That and go through every nook and cranny to see if there are any crumbs or something attracting them.

My real plans today were to work in the yard.
I cleaned my house spi n span this weekend and last night I discovered some ants.
One here and one there with no real destination.
Can't find what it is they're coming in after so I need to go back and clean over everything again.
I'm already half way done. Waiting for the kitchen floor to dry so I can finish the rest...

Hi all. Monday's suck!

My cousin just called to tell me that her husband of 13 years asked for a divorce yesterday, 3 kids together, she's been ill for the last 10 years, he says he doesn't want to live with a cripple anymore. Ahhh, I don't know what to tell her, she's so upset. Maybe I should tell her to join AMHD, get advice from other people going through the same thing. Life is so hard sometimes.

I know it may not seem like it now, but perhaps she doesn't need a man so shallow in her life.

Yes, since I have meetings and heavy duties planned for the rest of the week, I plan to do as little as possible today.

I do have the HVAC people coming today to do the spring check on my furnaces and air conditioners... so I get to relieve myself of about $475.00. But they check everything to make sure that all is well. And they check the hot water heater also for that price...

So, instead of Marta, I get to spend some money today... kidding, honestly... just kidding.

She's just so sad and everything I say to her sounds so trite. I really don't know what to do for her right now, she feels so lost and alone. I know that she'll get better as time goes by, but she can't see the forest for the trees, at least not yet. All I can do is listen and tell her that I care and that she can call me anytime, but I'm the kind of person that always feels the need to fix things, I can't fix this.

According to the "experts" this week on Wednesday we should see 70 degrees for the FIRST time this year! Do I believe them? OF COURSE I DO..

Yes, you can Alty, if he said that to her then... you can say that I said even more.

I wish I could remember the thread, but there is one that is dedicated to relationships and breaking up. The author of the thread is a "relationship expert" and I have read her posts, she is very good. And she has put together a "list" of how things go after a breakup of a marriage or relationship... please look for it, I will also, well worth the trouble.

Hi Alty, For me it has, starts around early march here.
I've been doing yard work like crazy LOL.

Stringer, I just cleaned over everything.
I stopped letting my dogs have full run over my house.
They use to be my vacuum cleaner for crumbs or spills on the floor.
LOL, I know, I know, but they obviously did a good job.
I found a cereal marshmallow that had ants on it, hopefully by getting that up, they will no longer want to come in.

Goodness, I've traded a floor full of dog hair and dog dirt for crumbs and ants... can I win at all in this situation??
