I've looked for it a few times. Never been able to find it online.

You should watch rupaul's drag race. It's fun. A queen from one of my old haunts was on there last season. She didn't make it very far, though.

Well I ended up wearing the all black dress with the ruffles... and knee high boots. It was 7:00 he wasn't there, it became 8:00 he wasn't there. I texted him at 8:30 and I was like "looks like you forgot about me" that's it. He didn't text back and I sat there dressed, waxed and ready, then I got a call from my awesome boss and he asked me to come in to work because one of his other bartenders quit. I don't usually work at this one particular bar-- it's more like a club, it was really packed last night and almost near the end I saw him dancing with another girl, I didn't confront him or make any eye contact, a part of me wanted to cry another part of me wanted to throw a drink at him and another part of me wanted to swear off men for life.

So it was a great date...

:( excuse me while I go scream into my pillow.

    Muddy, I am so sorry.

I bet you looked great and he missed out on getting to know someone special. Of course, you look at it like you dodged having to explain every joke you made because they went over his head.

Thanks Cat. I just felt like a big ole idiot last night.

I'll laugh about it later, but right now my feelings are hurt:(

You know that we will be here for you whether you need a hanky, shoulder, or dartboard. :)

Try to do something for yourself today. Something that makes you feel good.

I would have thrown a drink at him... while it was still in the bottle.

That's another way of looking at it.

Oh well.. I just liked him for his accent and because he had a first name as a last name...

Sorry to hear your date yesterday wasn't like you would have hoped :(

I don't think this guys deserves you, and like Shazzy, I'd have thrown a drink on to him if I were in your place.

I hope you'll be luckier next time, if ever there is. :)

What a jerk!! Pff who needs him! So did he see you working the bar? I bet you looked smoking anyway. Besides think of this way, you got paid (working), that other girl is getting played.

    Obviously he was a numb skull anyway, I mean that joke about the basement... pure comedy. {{hugs}}

    Mud,

I am so so sorry. I can't believe it, what a jerk. I bet you looked really pretty too. It was HIS loss and at least you know what he is about NOW rather than going out with him, really liking him and the finding out.

I love this quote.. "when someone shows you who they are..believe them the first time."

I always made excuses or gave them them a second chance. Don't be like me.

God I am really getting bad at this. I couldn't figure out why muddy would need a 'dashboard'... you put 'dartboard'... I was thinking what the h**ll, dashboard...

Send the bugger up here, muddy, we will take care of him in short order. We have ways. We have zebra mussels and big carp and all kinds of evil fish in lake Ontario to bite him.

Fix him one instead. May I recommend a backwards Bloody Mary? That's where you get the tobasco and tomato juice reversed.

Or perhaps a Black Lax Russian? You figure it out.
