I'd love to see some pics of your interior designing if you have any?

I started the pic below yesterday afternoon and finished it off today... this is the first time I've taken pictures at different stages of painting... it's also my first bird painting so constructive criticism most welcome!

No criticism necessary. THANK YOU for sharing the progression with us. Do some more!
I stand amazed and I love your work.:D

This is my inventive artwork. I call it

    "Deal with it"

I live and have for 17 years in a zero lot line home. (which means no side yards to your home.) My neighbors house on one side is in my yard and my house on the other side is in my neighbors yard.

I made make shift windows and door separately and hung like pictures (but really short screws) on the neighbors house to make it look like it was my shed.

Most people who come to visit think it is my shed.

The screws are not long and the neighbor didn't mind, but the neighbor wouldn't see it either way, because where we live all yards have to be fenced in. So this neighbor can not ever see her side of this house. If she needs to paint they need to check with us.

    Weird huh?

How wonderfully creative! This looks like a perfect place to relax! Very cool :)

If I am not being creative in some way, I start to get irritable. I used to do visuals for a dept. store in Pa. called Strawbridge. They tied my hands behind my back because corporate would dictate exactly what and how they wanted something to look. I didn't get to flex my creative muscle near enough to my satisfaction. I eventually quit. Creation makes my world go round. Even God liked the creative process. Hummmmm, interesting...

For instance, I don't really like to cook, or go to parties, but I LOVE to set up for that party. Make a beautiful table scape, concentrate on a theme, or have a color palate to work with. I like this part much more than the actual party.

I LOVE the table setting they have in home and garden magazines, I try to recreate them but fail miserably lol

I think I'll hire you for my next party!

I never thought I could get this low.

I'm so sorry that you're having troubles and really hope things start looking up for you soon. I don't know what else to say but I do think you can do very well by selling your art because it's really beautiful. :)

Thank you NM, very sweet of you :)
I'm going to sell (hopefully) ones like the birds for $40 at the market so that will help a bit.

Ahh I've got my happy pills so I'll be right :)
Just really really bad timing, I have officially had the worst day in history :(

I'm going to do a ton of paintings and try to sell them at our local market.

I am really sorry to hear about your troubles. It's tough all over, so don't feel too too bad. I think you really have a talent and can make some money with it. Especially sorry about your little bunny. Hey about the smoking thing. A couple of reasons to give that up. I just got back from my 33 year high school reunion. Class of 76. The difference between the smokers faces vs the non smokers was unbelievable. Smokers had aged so much more. They looked 20-25 yrs older than the rest of us. And the other thing, think of the money you will save. Cigs are so expensive. Occupy your hands with your drawings, they are fab!

Wow that was great Cozy! Smokers do age much faster. The art would be a great way to fill the time!

Plus Shazzy, we want you around for a few more years :(

    Thanks for the compliments :)
And Shaz I'm so sorry for the problems that you are going through. :(
But if you give up smoking you will have more money for internet access and you will look younger! :D
Cigs are $4.00 a pack here (for generics) I know because I smoke.

I keep saying when I am no longer stressed out I will quit, but I think that will never happen. (the stressed out thing)

I have some more artwork some where, just have to transfer to my computer, so beware!

    Thank you Dahlia :)
Post some more, I don't need to beware!
Yes, I've given up so many times I've lost count... they are $18 here for a pack of 40's

We got a call back from our finance broker today and we are definitely having out homeloan suspended for 12 months.

Unky - It was Diego... we had only had him 3 weeks but he was already part of the family :(
Dora is safe and Jack is still living at my parents house (he's too old and stubborn to be moved out here!)
We have already had an offer for someone to give us a rabbit... bit too soon though I think...

What does that mean? Does it mean you don't have to make a pmt. For 12 months? If that is true, it would certainly give you a little breathing room. I hope that is what it means.

Yep, no payments for either 12 months or until one of us gets a job (whichever comes first)
It took so much pressure off!
The house payments are only $220 a week but once you start piling electricity, rates, internet, cars on top of it we were screwed.
At least we can eat now! :d
