Man... I am REALLY HUNGRY, so hungry Alty that I can smell the duck even though we haven't caught her as yet...

Picture this; a big, brown, crispy, fully cooked through DUCK LEG!! Sizzling hot, can you taste the first bite and how the juices in your mouth will EXPLODE with flavor?? Smelling it is great... but man that very first bite, you have to savor it slowly before sallowing...

My eyes are watering... overcome with the thought of it all...
