Its analysis of your work and how to improve your performance,also to air any problems you have..

Its done on a one to one basics..

Your manager or co-ordinator has to be specifally trained in supervision techniques.

Seems crazy, Exactly 4 hours ago I was rolling my lazy a$$ out of bed and it took me forever to get awake even when I got to work. Now here I am awake as ever. I am ready to go home though. I have to go birthday shopping first though.

Yes I wonder a lot. I miss Starby. She was always here to talk to. I used to get to work at 6 in the morning. Nobody was waround but her and that's when we got to talk. An steal stuff from people in the castle.
