I really can't think of a worse combination.

I love winter, open fires and heavy stews, big jumpers and rain beating off the window...
Wet dog smell seeping into every fabric... hmmm, maybe not that.
Rough life JLo, rough life... ;)
Winter sucks.
I'm too tired to convert it, so you'll all have to figure it out, but our winters can get pretty darn cold, -30 celsius is not unheard of. The norm is in the -10 to -20 range. It's gotten into the -50's, then the whole country just stops. No school, no work, cars won't start, water lines freeze, it's bad.
I just had a plate of leftover onion rings. I made them last night. I'm going to regret this later. :(
Darn... and we complain about - 3 Celsius
I have been meaning to convert your stuff when you say it Alty but I am also to lazy to do it. Here in Indiana weather changes a lot. Hell, it was in the high eighties a week ago and now it is in the mid 60's. Sometimes in mid winter it coud be 30 one day and then 60 something the next day then back to 30 the day after that. Crazy stuff
Okay lazy bum.
I converted it.
Apparently -30C is -22F, -50C = -58F and -40C is -40F.
There. :)
I actually looked it up. I am so confused by it. Why didn't they make things like that all the same. Same thing with Standard and metric. I hate metric and I am sure others hate standard
It is now 4:20 and I am ready to go home
I just started work.. :(
Well Adam, that's what happens when you have several people looking for the same thing in different parts of the world and they hate each other...
From England, you have the lord Kelvin, who invented the Kelvin scale (another unit for temperture)
From Germany, you have Fahrenheit (wikipedia)
From Sweden, you have Celsius (wikipedia)
Thanks Unky. Nice information to the uninformed
I only knew that people are reluctant to let all people use others discoveries :) I didn't know where they came from, but was sure of the reluctant thing.
NIce Unky. What are you up to today?
