I'm 17, frequent the teens forum, most notably, among others. I DESPISE chat speak, I'm a grammar/spelling/punctuation/etc. nazi there when I want to be, which is usually on the teens forum.

I have 118 positive reputation, just got my first REAL greenie a few days ago, almost one thousand posts, I'm making friends here, but it is a little awkward because I'm "so young, yet [I] type with the mentality of a middle aged woman", and my sense of humor is different from most peoples'.

Nice to meet you too! Got anything to say about yourself?

Mother of four and online friend to hundreds of lovely people... a good wife... baker, worker, house cleaner... oh I could go on and on... I am ME!! :D

Wonderful mother of four, wonderful online friend to 100's of wonderful people.

She's also the one that gave Starby her alter ego, the duck. It was all innocent, July 1, Canada day. We Canadians call each other Canucks. Little miss Startypants came online to wish her Canadian friends a happy Canada day. Instead of said Canucks, she said Canducks.

Starby said "I'm a duck?" and the duck was born.

I wrote a children's book about the duck, I'm in the process of getting it published. It will be dedicated to Starby and Starty, without whom the duck never would have been born.

    That's our Starty pants. :)

    We adore her.

Night Starty girl. Hugs to you dear.

HH, be better then good, be excellent.

M, nod, say yes, I agree, look like you're listening, don't fall asleep, I did that once in a very important meeting. The big wigs from Toronto had come to Edmonton to tell us all the plans they had for the company. It was a 3 hour meeting, boring as hell, in a conference room with no air flow whatsoever. I felt myself drifting, couldn't stay awake if my life depended on it. Apparently I started snoring. Otherwise I may not have been caught.

    Darn sinuses. ;)

I have to run too, time to hit the sack.

    Night all. :)

    Don't cry, smile.

Because of that day I have a great story about our little Starduck. Also, we have tons of memories of her antics in the castle, her one tail feather, Stringer and I trying to cook her, and many more.

You gave us that, and Starby lived up to her ducky status.

I can't cry anymore, I have to smile at the memories because tears don't change anything.

Besides, you know she'd hate to make us cry.

Hugs Startykins. Smile, or I will jump on a plane, come over and slap you silly. ;)
