But I told her: at the end of everyday, I want you to get a sheet of paper. Fold it in half. At the top write five things that day that made you cry or frown that day. Then, at the bottom, write ten things that made you giggle, laugh, smile, etc. then I want you to rip off the top and tear it up. And keep the bottom.

Bella - I did, I crashed out totally gone for a couple of hours then woke up and couldn't get back to sleep, so I did some reading, tried again, no luck :(

Well you know what's a good stress reliever? Yes M, but not that...

Getting it out all on here! I slept for 3 hours today, I am wide awake. Yup just finished vacuuming, getting ready to dust.
