Ahh the joys of living in Nova Scotia. Boys will do just about anything for a fishing license.

Not a lot of fishers around here. No point. The nearest lake to fish in is a few hours away. Unless you want to fish in a polluted man made lake. ;)

You'll need two plane tickets if you want to visit both of us. It's not exactly a hop skip and a jump away.

I always find it amusing when people think that if you live in Canada, you can easily visit each other.

When we went to Germany in 2001 I got to see 4 of my cousins that we don't see very often, even when we visit Germany. They have a small house, no room, and the town is further away then everyone else.

I was thrilled to get to spend some time with them, and the one cousin was thrilled to see me because he was going to be working in Canada for 2 years, was hoping he could see me more often, or even live with us for a while.

I said sure, where are you going to be working? He said Toronto. I laughed. Um, Toronto is a 5 hour flight away. He was shocked. Said "but it is in Canada right?" :p

Yea and being the second largest in land mass, Alty would probably be a good 5-7 days drive from me. We are at exact opposites. We even speak different dialects of Canadian... :p

That's a good question. I would assume Alty if you were flying into either the Winnipeg airport or the Toronto Airport.

People have tried before, but nothing's come of it.

We're simply too spread out, can't agree on a central location, or a time frame. That's a lot of people to co-ordinate.

I'd be willing to have an AMHD BBQ at my house for all the people I really care about.

I live in Indiana but will be in Pennsylvania in August for my 21st birthday.

I have and so have many others wanted to get everybody together for a reunion of some sort but I believe it is just impossible. I wish for it though.

We can pick a more central local. Right now I can't leave Canada, but give me a few months and I may be able to change that. A year if I don't go for my Canadian citizenship, but I'm planning on taking the test, making it official.

So, how about LA? I have a friend there. LA would be fun. We could drive to Vegas for a weekend.
