Been trying to give some good advice - the calendar certainly is busy. Seems like a whole influx of newbies in the last week or so. I've been busy trying to give them some of my story to keep them inspired. My own situation is doing well. I have been feeling better for the past week or so, just a little worried about her birthday coming up in a week and a half. I'll deal with that when it comes...

Hi Alty, I hope your doing well. I am feeling pretty good. Trying to see if I can find plans for a Thursday night, even though it isn't the greatest night to be going out. I wish I had more buddies to go to the bar with. I've been 21 for 3 months now and I've only been once - sort of sucks! Good place to meet people, though probably not a place to look for someone serious, but a good place to meet friends.

I met my hubby in a bar. :)

No problem, I am a rare exception, you are correct, most times it's hard to find someone long term in a bar. Also, although I met him in a bar, he was a friend of a friend, so that gave us a step up. :)

Hey M! How's it going? It's been a crazy day today... looks like tomorrow might be the same. Hope yours is going better! :)

Hey starby , yeah its been hectic for me too , real busy at work :( ah well that's what they pay me for!!

So how has your day been hectic?

It's not necessarily been hectic, just one of those crazy days where nothing worked out right, and stupid stuff happened.

I had things to do, and because of miscommunication, I wasted most of my afternoon, and didn't get anything done that I needed to. When that was cleared up, I thought I could still get a few things on my list done.

My bro's stepkid, who comes and mows my lawn, moved my van so he could mow where it was, and didn't lock it. I went to leave to get my things done, and found my van full of garbage strewn all over the place. It sure wasn't my garbage. I tried to start it... and nothing! Dead as a door nail.

Then it started to pour rain, so I couldn't even look to see if "whoever" (emphasis on whoever... like I don't know) did anything else again to it. The last time my battery cables were cut... so who knows?! Just a gong show really!

Well that sounds a lot more hectic than mine :)

I just hope it's not another case of getting the cops down here again. I'm so sick of cops that don't do a thing for me. My ex has already ripped apart two of my vehicles. I have been looking into putting up outside camera's, but they are expensive. I never know if I'm going to jump into my van, and end up not having brakes or something.

Your Ex sounds like some piece of work starby , I never did go back and read your thread about that , will definitely have to do that.
