Time off is always great until you are in the middle of your break and you get called into work.

I have a house full of girls today, and I have a son. I don't even like trying to figure it out. I won't worry until he is older. I should enjoy the break. Instead I have furniture polish on one and windex in the other. Sit down already!

Just wanted to mention that I will be out of town most of this week on business, see you when I get back.

Finally, the wait is over... and heaps of things are coming quickly now...

    Anyway,
B (9 8) in General Paper [basically english, 7 being the best grade and greater number means lower grade]
    A* (1 1 1 1 1) in Chemistry [1 being the highest grade, so is A*]
    A* (1 1 1 1) in Mathematics
    A* (1 1 1 1 1) in Physics
B (7 10) in French [same system as General paper]

That is 3A* in my mains, 2B in my subsidiary subjects. Not very happy about the languages, but I think those results are satisfactory (even if that's not what my mother is thinking). Anyway, I was never very good at languages :o

Congratulations, Unky! (Does anyone ever get C or below? Can someone fail? Are there orals?)

Congrats too to J_9 (I guess). Chicago got three more inches yesterday, so I'm ready for spring now.

Living in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Alaska, I miss the snow. I miss driving in the snow...

Even though it's just an inch or two here, it's still exciting to me.

Thanks Bear and WG! Good news J :)

Yes, at the other extreme, there are ones who get U (unclassified) where they are considered to have failed. (Pass percentage I think is around the 76%) And depending on the subject, there can be or might not be oral. French main has oral, but not french subsidiary.

I don't mind driving in the snow... I DO mind driving in the snow with all these idiots that act like they just got here after growing up in the equatorial regions.

And Unk... those are pretty respectible grades. Better than I ever got. Congrats.
