Actually the aliens are in the nursery... on the door.

The goats are on the locked door going into the L&D area.

Strange, but true. We even convinced the oncoming nurses that we saw them, and they saw them too!

NO I was NOT partaking of the morphine! :p

So, the babies are greeted by goats, then hang out with the aliens?

    Yes, ma'am! ;)

I didn't even mention the ghosts in the C-Section OR!

All you need are some jellyfish in the waiting room.

We've had them. I had security escort them out of the hospital. :D

Jellyfish only cause Jerry Springer moments.

Did security use butterfly nets? You know jellyfish can only be successful herded with butterfly nets, don't you?

OMG, I didn't know that! They used fishing poles with popsicles as bait! I bet that's why they keep coming back!

There's your problem. They expect popsicles every time they come back. Just have security chase them off with butterfly nets next time.

I don't know if we have butterfly nets. We are a small rural hospital. Typically no more than 25 patients in the entire hospital at one time.

What about bubbles? Will they follow a trail of bubbles?

    Maybe if they're edible bubbles.

    Perfect.

Just be sure not to let any hedgehogs in after the jellyfish leave.

Hedgehogs? Are they as dangerous as the jellyfish?

:( Oh my god this day hasn't started great.

    I came home crying.

So I went in it was 9:20 and the old mean secretary was there. And so I sat down and she was like "Sarah your late, we'll have to reschedual" and I was like "What? How? My appointment isn't till 9:30??" and she was like "It was for 9:00" and I can swear to you guys that she said 9:30 last week. I wrote it down everywhere... 9:30 now I look like some idiot that doesn't know how to read time... and then the old lady goes on and says "well make sure you call ahead to let us know your keeping the appointment".. at that point I couldn't help but burst into tears. I really wanted this. I just hate being so disrespected by my elders, and I just really wanted this... :(

Not so much dangerous, as annoying. Lots of pacing and crying and demanding attention form anyone wearing scrubs. Always underfoot, and that's not a comfortable place for hedgehogs to be.

    Sarah, have the jellyfish invaded?

    What was the appointment for?

I bet we could chase them out with the salamanders though.

    *huggles*

Eat some chocolate and drink some peppermint tea (if you have some). That almost always helps me feel at least a little better.

It was for school. It's this program that helps individuals in Ontario to go to school, it's funded by the government. It would be such a super duper help for me. My load would be a lot lighter that's for sure...

Now I look like a total idiot to the lady that is going to interview me on Wed. because of the secretary's mistake.

    I know I heard 9:30.. :( I just know I did.

It hurt when the lady looked at me like some dumb little girl. I hate that... just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm stupid :(

As long as they're not blue salamanders. Hedgehogs and blue salamanders are cohorts.

Green salamanders would work. Pink would be even better. Hedgehogs are terrified of pink salamanders. The run screaming about something that sounds vaguely like, 'nettles.' or maybe it's, 'needles.'
