That is awful.In New York unemployment is so high and I know quite a few people who are out of work and are truly struggling to make ends meet.Giving up everything just to keep a roof over their heads.Its a sad time in our history to be sure.One day you think you have the world by the short hairs and then some banks decide that don't have enough of our money and everyone suffers for the greed of a few.

If that's lightening the mood how high does the bridge diving rate go when you're depressing?

Actually it's a good thing for them. They had a real money pit. My project list is like mow the grass and plant flowers and fix the doorbell. Theirs was like seal the chimney and fix the roof and get a new heat/air system.
