RAH... just spent the last two hours at the airport waiting for my Mum... plane is still not there... here... whatever... had to come BACK to work because I can't afford missing time... RAH...

Should have known... flying on Friday the 13th.

That's what happens on Friday the 13th.

Had a going away luncheon. I felt a little undershadowed as they threw the luncheon for the tech that's leaving next week, and kind of threw me in with him. Sad.

Regardless. I'm at caribou now. How's everyone doing? Any plans?

Hey Sneeze! So far, so good... no Friday the 13th mishaps here... yet! ::knocking on wood:: In fact this is the first rainless, sunny day we've had in about 2 weeks! :)

Plans to play with Niki outside... she was going stir crazy inside... she's scared of rain... well water period, especially the hose! You would think it's a huge poisonous snake coming after her. I bought her a pool to keep cool in the summer, and she thinks that is the death chamber! Lol

What have you got for plans?

Kind of sad that you couldn't have had your own party just to yourself! Nothing like sharing the spotlight! :(

Yeah... they gave him a gift. Sad. I wanted a gift.

My night consists of... quite possibly just studying for a while, and then watching a movie in my apartment.

Funny tidbit: a buddy of mine and I aren't on good terms because... can you guess why? That's right. A girl. What ridiculousness is this?

You didn't get a gift and the other guy did? How insulting is that? That sucks!

I know that you probably know this already, but never pick a girl over a buddy. You'll likely end up without the girl, and then won't have your buddy to go to. I've been on both sides of that fence. The most recent of course, being my friend(?) picking her boyfriend... (who by the way verbally abuses her badly, and they break-up once a week or so) over a friendship that she had with me for several yrs, because that Akita was her bf's dog. Go figure eh?

Yeah... it was kind of insulting. They gave him the gift in the middle of the luncheon. Either they really don't like me... or they feel like they've done enough for me. No clue.

I hear you about the girl situation. In all honesty, it's not really even a situation. I was interested in this one girl. We all started hanging out a bit, I really didn't pursue the girl, and he became interested in her. Regardless, he didn't really pursue her either... we were both just talking and whatnot to her.

Last night, we go to a friend's bbq, and it became quite apparent that he was into her, so I backed off. Even though I backed off, I think he was still affected by the idea that I told him I was interested in her first.

I called to see what he was up to tonight (we usually go out to a bar or something on Friday nights) and he said he's staying in.

Ah well. We'll see what happens.

Sounds like he's feeling guilty Sneezy, it should blow over in time.

I agree with Alty. You're buddy sounds jealous, and I think he's being a big old baby. Actually, I would take it as a compliment that he sees you as a threat!

One of my fave shows! Actually I just watch it for the HOT guy who plays her hubby! LOL :p There are some pretty hot ghosts too!. lol
