Really? Cottage cheese is actually good for you as far as lifting weights.

I know cottage cheese is supposed to be good for you, I just can't get over the look of it. I'm not great with textures of foods either... :(

Cottage cheese tastes like dirty socks, just my opinion.;)

Okay, kids are bathed, smelling good, stories read and little bodies tucked in. The baby bird has been fed and so have the dogs, bunnies, bird (tame one) and the fish. Whew, now I can relax for a little while. :)
