Sure! You live in Australia right?

Sort of... In my opinion they are kind of like mini pine needles... a lot smaller... about 2mm?

Nope... sorry... its like some evil spikey thing that's in the grass during summer and stuff, and sometimes other seasons too... it's a weed I guess... similar to burrs... we have them here too... but bindies are a little more annoying, because once they stab you, they are so small, so quite hard to get out.

Ohhh I get it. So gardening in flip flops probably wouldn't be a good idea eh?

Nah nah... that's fine... just not barefoot... or bare anything... ;)

Australia just got less appealing for me. I LOVE being barefoot, especially in grass. I don't think I could handle being somewhere where that wasn't possible.

There's this little thing like when you lift your leg. It's called "aiming."

Will it kill ants? Army ants? ( I have no idea if that's what they are really called, that's what we used to call them when we were kids). The ones with the black bum and black head but red middle.

It takes away their cover so the birds can kill them.

So... I am back at the shelter, it's great being back. However; I am not coming home empty handed. I am fostering a dog named Kallie. She has been with us for a while, and she is such a wonderful dog, so well behaved, no aggression issues, house trained, a total gem to be around. But because of her breed people are either afraid of her, or don't have the experience with the breed. (want her for her mean looks etc... )

She may just find her forever home with me, but shh don't tell my mother.

Oh and the best part... her and Lady get along like best friends! They look a like too.

Thanks Balcky. If I did take her, I'd have to changer her name. My cousins daughters name is Kallie lol. Spelled the same way and everything.

I don't know. Funny because usually the name just comes to me. I'm open to suggestions.

What mean looks? She looks like a sweetheart. What breed is she? She looks like she has at least some boxer in her, and maybe some great dane.

I never did tell you guys, did I? I got chased by a great dane several about a month ago. I was walking to the store to get a new tube for my bike tire, and met mrs. meany-butt. She decided that it was HER sidewalk and I wasn't allowed to walk on it. She must've gotten out of her house or yard. It looked like she was nursing, or had just recently stopped. Gorgeous dog. Came up to about my ribcage, and I am not short. Was not happy with me.

The kind of not happy that makes you not turn your back on an animal. It's not easy to cross a major road with your back to traffic. Drivers don't like it. Didn't stop me from admiring her from across the street, though.

Wow that's a close call! Those are big dogs. She must have been protecting her babies.

Kallie is Am staff, supposedly pure bred. She is a baby, but has the pit bull mug, and that scares a lot of people.

It's the doggie in your Avi right? If so I think you should name her Beatrice ( I saw you were open to suggestions) You can call her Trishy for short. :)
