Yeah for now till it sprouts another bloody leek, the plumber and landlord are back on Monday to tidy up all the jobs that the moron who fitted the boiler left but at least its finally getting done I get to talk over my new kitchen with the landlord too :)

I have a lovely book to pick what I want from anything will be better than the bloody white kitchen we have now I hate it and best of all I don't have to pay for it :D
