(sorry for taking so long to reply, I swear I didn't get a notification :(

    9 pages!

    Wow!

Hi kids. I have a headache, but it was still a good day.

I went with my friend to take her drivers test. She passed. She was so happy that she cried. So it was a good day. :)

Ya, it doesn't take much to make me happy. ;)

Ohh Altinator, I'm glad you are happy! I am kid free tonight. Having a beer, rented some horror movies, going to scare myself poopless later!

    I haven't decided if today's a good day or a bad day.

Went to my appointment with my shrink, sat in the waiting room for an hour, just to be told she had to reschedule for Monday. Apparently one of her patients was a little less than stable and she ended up having to deal with a mental emergency.

    Went grocery shopping.

Came home and took spot out for a 'walk.'

Sent mop off to a new home.

Now I'm sitting here with gouda, smirnoff, and chocolate in a house with only 6 cats. I might cry.

Thanks. He went to a good home, close friends of my neighbors. No other cats, but they have 3 kids under the age of 10. Once they get used to having a kitten around, he'll have plenty of people to give him love and hugs and cuddles.

I'm glad he went to a home with kids, but I'm going to miss him.

On the plus side, I was informed that the business near me is almost always hiring. I'm going over tomorrow to ask.

It would be nearly impossible to work closer to home. It's like 100 feet from my door.

I know you wouldn't allow any of the critters to go to bad homes.

He's just my baby, and he's gone now. He's the first baby to go to a new home, and I have a feeling I'm going to feel like this with each one.

I guess that means I really need to get hired across the street. I have 3 kittens left to adopt out, and only 1 smirnoff left. Need a job so I can have beer money so I can get through the separation anxiety.

I know. Next Monday is going to be sad. The first week without 6 baby pictures to post.

Everyone, keep your fingers crossed for me, tomorrow. I'm going to go ask about a job across the street. They make and ship out pipes, apparently. I would, most likely, be packaging parts.

They can't ask for a better employee, though. I live within spitting distance, so no worry about not being able to make it to work because of transportation or weather. I won't need a parking space or locker or anything, because all I have to do is run across the street to come home for lunch, or whatever. Because I live so close, there's no need for commuting time if I get called in, suddenly. I can do repetitive, mind-numbing tasks easily, as long as I can have at least one headphone in. I can get along with just about anyone, and don't get into workplace drama. And, most importantly, I'm willing, and usually able, to learn almost any skill.

I think I'm a catch. Now, they just have to be hiring, and willing to hire ME!

I'd hire you based on what you just said. :D

Fingers are crossed and as many positive vibes as I can send your way are sent.

Fingers crossed for you Heath and a hug for you and Spot. I can imagine it's hard, but you know you can't keep them all, and you found him a great home where he'll be loved and happy.

It's time for them to leave the nest, but you won't be left without anything, you'll keep two of the babies, and you still have us. :)

Yeah, and I have all the pictures I've taken, and 10 weeks of memories.

I think I need more gouda.
