Whoa... I RIP'ed it. I'm sure you did too. I had seen his poetry thing, but not the weird one. Judging from that comment, it was bad!

I just returned from the massage/chiropractic weekly session... I feel good - they worked on my ankle though and now it's sore.

Took today off, too. Just didn't feel right... I'll be back to work in the morning though.
