They were characters on a soap opera my mom watches. If I remember correctly, they were together for several years, but never got married. They made a huge deal of it when they finally did get married.

General Hospital I think it was. That was back when I was in high school.

Well that explains it then. I don't watch Soaps, heck, I don't watch much TV at all. I have a few shows I like, but if I miss them, I miss them, no biggie.

I have a friend that has become a hermit, trapped in her home, because of TV. She records most of them because there are usually 3 or more per time slot that she has to watch. Every time we ask her and her husband over, they say no, because she has to catch up on her shows. :(

All I know about soap operas...

Dated a couple of Cute Girls... one who broke my heart, another who wasntt right cause of her ex still being in her head (ans bed) and, ergo, her bedroom...

Anyway... these woman could watch just one episode of a soap opera and be up to speed in no time... like the last six months did not matter.

All I can say is those ex's found peace with some screwed up TV BS easier than they did with me.

Not saying the were wrong. Just stating da facts.

Somehow some girl back from the dead sleeping with her long lost brother after her man was in jail... somehow that crap stuck and made sense while my...

I don't watch much TV either. If I HAVE to watch something I usually find it on the computer.

Rhetorical question... how many times can a broken heart break?

Every time I think I'm done, I find out some new twist in the muck that was my marriage.

This is so NOT a request for sympathy.. don't do it.. I won't respond.

It mostly just amazement in how we can really not know another... I know her well enough to know a lot. More than shed admit. More than she will admit.

But again... how many times to I need to catch her heart elsewhere and in a lie?

It wouldn't matter if I didn't want her to be happy and loved.

... eh... done for the night. I have no answers tonight. Just amazed bewilderment.
