Protein and very low carbs...( like atkins diet) breakfast and lunch

then you get a "rewards meal" you can have no protein 1 hour before this meal or 1 hour after and it should be the same time everyday.

rewards meal is anything you want within one hour but it needs to be balanced...protein, fats, carbs and yes it includes sweets too. i've lost three pounds in 2 weeks. It is easy for me to do. I don't think about food all the time now.

Will it really work? I have no clue but it is worth a try.

    Thought i'd share. :)

That means no grits with my ham'n'cheese omelet, right? Ain't happenin'.

I made grits once Cats, not sure if it was the right consistency or not. Do you use corn meal or corn flour?

I eat what I want and do fine. Then again, I ride a bike everywhere I go. 4 miles everyday just to get to and from work. 6 to get to and from walmart.

Alty, you can pay double and call them polenta if you want to.

Bella, use the coarsest ground cornmeal you can find. Shrimp and grits originated around your area, the Acadians brought it to Louisiana.

You don't have to bother getting a prescription for a sleeping aid. There are plenty of safe natural remedies sold over the counter nowadays which give you almost five hours of good sleep without waking up groggy.
