Woohoo Alty! I still can't see it though. Does someone use different nail polish than me? What are the rings?

The "rings" at the top are just the dried droplets...

I've painted my nails since I was like uuhhhmmmm 13! I still can't seeeeeee it! Nope... nope... still can't see it!. and droplets of what?. water?. why is there water in the nailpolish? Hhhmmppptttt!
