I just got home from work, fired off a short bit of wordsmithing to a friend who requested a touch of entertainment, and poured a glass of wine.

The Weekend Shirt is a throwback to the college days. As soon as you finish your last class for the week, you roll back to the dorms, crack a beer, and get rid of the shirt altogether. From that point on, until it's time to get up on Monday, no shirt can grace your shoulders, excepting as required by no shirt/no shoes rules.

It stems from the fact that we were a bunch of alchies, and spilling your drink would stain the shirt. Plus, we had girls wandering around who would take care of the spills.

    ...

Looking around me right now, I say that this tradition is lacking something here today...

I must confess, it's true... I'm looking for the right six or seven girls to settle down with.

Although... I'm really looking for a tramp, not a lady...

Oh my that doesn't say much for you now Nos does it, you really shouldn't be so hard on yourself and maybe get out a little more hehehehehe rather than sitting there playing games ;)

I spend the last year and a half being a workaholic... 70-90 hour weeks for that entire time. I've only been able to sleep a reasonable amount (more than 3-4 hours a night) for a month now, so socializing hasn't quite been possible yet.

Don't worry, that's coming up soon on the agenda :D

    Oh, I know that.

Since I'll probably be rested up in a few weeks, expect me to be involved in a shotgun wedding by autumn!

I hope not... if she does, the reason that I was getting shotgun-married would have to be a felony.

    NowWhat
Well, Hello everyone! I am back from my vacations. It all worked out some how. We had a fun time and now have some great stories to tell.
My daughter actually is still on vacation. She will get to stay down south for another week with my family. I have never been this far away - but I think she will have some great bonding time with them.

I hope everyone is doing well - has anything happened in the 3 weeks I have been gone?

A good time was had by all. The wedding went well. The sleeping arrangements left much to be desired, but it was fun.
It seems like a lifetime has passed since I was last here!

WHAT? It doesn't do anything for my post count? Oh, man... I am out of here!
