Liquid... to much to drink last night I have a slight headache. I suppose after I drink this water, orange juice and powerade I have lined up in front of me I will feel better. Hydration.

At 6am this morning I was out at the river with ny friend (shes a photographer) she wanted a picture of the swans on the river... but they were not very happy to see us there... the male (I assume) ran at us,I nearly fell out of my fat... she got a great picture of my face,going to try and post it..
