Yep doing OK thanks, plans for today are:

Finish putting up the Christmas tree and train.

Finish decorating the inside of the rest of the house.

Put up a few more lights for the outside displays.

And Marta and I have a Christmas party to go to at 6:30 pm...


Kind of a busy Saturday.

It sounds like a busy day for you Stinger. I am taking it easy today. I get off work at noon, then I am going home and finsihing up my christmas tree then I am fixing my garage door. After that it is me and the couch and the TV remote!

What about that deer waiting for you?

I don't hunt black powder unfortunately. So I have to wait until next November!

By the way, how is the weather your way. I think it is around 20 here.

My computer is telling me that it is exactly 22 degrees presently... I like the first good snowfall... after that I'm dreaming of spring Adam...

I like a snowfall sometimes but Last year we missed 3 days of work in a row because of snow. Of course we are a landfill and we rely on trucks coming in but in bad conditions we shut our own trucks down and most other companies do too so there is no reason to work. It hurts the paycheck though. Sometimes I like to show up on those days even if we are open for 10 minutes before we call it quits because we get paid for 4 hours just for showing up. I am ready for warmth.

Yeah, weeks of 'black' snow and ice is depressing... cold slush... spring flowers and warm breezes for me then...

We are finishing up with the Christmas displays as I mentioned, but haven't even started buying gifts as yet... possibly mostly money as it seems a good thing now... with this economy... :(

The Economy seems worse this year. You know what my family resorted to? Secret Santa! That way everyone gets a gift and has to spend 40 dollars. Last year I spent over 200 I think so it makes it easier on everyone and not so stressful. I still have to buy the gift though. Then I have to get my girlfriend something. Any ideas?

Think about her personality Adam, her likes and dislikes kind of thing, I think that she will appreciate something that is personal... but for me, I seem to always revert to jewelry... it's easier and she likes it.
