It's not too bad if you know what you are doing it is totally safe. People over estimate the complexity and danger involved in electrical work. :cool:

On another note came in to check on the accounting board this afternoon and found nothing but homework/test questions... I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS! :mad: But hey it’s Sunday and all the online classes have their work due today so I guess it is to be expected. :rolleyes:

Hey, I have a friend that has been an electrician for over 25 yrs. and he was working on our new Costco a few months back, as the supervisiing electrician, and he got thrown about 20 ft. and was hospitalized for a few days. So it's not just the amateurs! ;)

I have a feeling I'm going to have one helluva day ahead of me. Friends of mine that went and got extremely drunk lastnite, are on their way over here. I tried to tell them no, but they apparently aren't listening. I'm sure they are still drunk! Oh joy!

Follow NEC 2008, I found a good book for this on the internet called Wiring Simplified. I read it cover to cover before doing any work on my house.

As far as proper safety precautions always turn off the power to the circuit you are working on and use a tester to verify it is dead. Also when working in the Main Panel shut off the main breaker to the house. Follow these rules and you should be safe...

Now, if you want to refinish your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, then call me, I can be bought, for the right price. ;)
