I've heard bad things about it... they say it doesn't work well and it runs the risk of burns...

I haven't ever tried it, but I have had problems with my ears and I usually use peroxide...

Ear candling Batman. Can you hear me now? LOL! It's a hollow beeswax candles that pulls excess wax out of your ears, if you are having problems. It's actually kind of cool. It worked for me anyway. I haven't done it in a long time, but I just might do it again now that I remembered about it.

Maybe the woman that "made" those candles didn't make them right. I don't mean to be gross here, but if you do it the right way, you wouldn't believe what comes out into the candle. I was kidding with you earlier when I suggested it and said that you should watch out for your hair. It doesn't start on fire hon. It melts the wax from the candle, and extracts the wax from your ear and leaves it on the inside of the candle. I'm sure the one you bought came with instructions. It's simple, it really is, but read all of the instructions first, or Google it to find out more if you need to, to make yourself feel safer about it.

Genie Talia? I think we might need a calmer downer pill. Or a lullaby? :) You get the pills... I'll get the lullaby! :D
... maybe Starty needs a good massage too! A glass of wine?. a shot of whiskey? I now you will find something's Genie!

Starty, let Nana do her thing. You know she will make sure it isn't a bad thing to do, and you don't get hurt.

G'nite Starty! Hope you feel better honey! Get some rest!

Stringy, we all love the men that are good to us. It's the ones that aren't that we get a little crotchety (no pun intended, LOL) about!

I've never known anyone personally in Canada that has ever been called to jury duty. Hmmm... I'm not even actually sure if it works the same way here. Just walk in and when the judge asks you questions to decide whether you should be in the jury or not... just keep on saying... over and over again... I think I can... I think I can... I think I can... and then make weird hand gestures and yell out... I am the Sheriff of this town! :D

Aaa hum... then I will never return... they have little padded cells for those that act that way... eh eh.

I have to actually be there, in the "pool" and they MIGHT call you to be interviewed or they may not. But I still have to drive there each day AND you cannot be late... big time trouble.

Last time I was there for three and a half days, I thought I was not going to be "called"... WRONG! They interviewed me AND selected me to on the jury... another week. AND we had this jacka** on the jury, eleven of us voted one way.. not him... it took another 2 days before he came around. I know he just wanted attention.. we were all swearing at him... nerd.

That sucks! I wish I could have had a jury trial for my case actually, but the prosecutor didn't find that necessary, and then gave dumba$$ a plea bargain without my approval to boot!

    Hi everyone.

... I had... a rough... day, to say the least.

Since the L-ster is on my bad side right now (explained below) I shall vent here:

    1. I woke up to what can only be described as... a war zone. Ever watch those REALLY gory movies, where people get sliced up with chainsaws and blood and guts everywhere? Replace blood and guts with food particles and trash. That was my kitchen. I literally muttered the words, "How the heck did you get peanut butter on the ceiling?"

    2. Slept in my contacts. Ouch.

    3. Today, my mcat scores supposedly come out... 1pm. I went to work. My first customer was the owner of a competitor restaurant... and wanted to try our "new special"... I was a bit shocked how he knew about our new special, before he even looked at the new menu. Found out that two of my cooks went to him, blabbed about my new special (it's doing... quite well), then asked for a job there.. . I had to fire the two cooks, on the spot. So now I was working with ONE cook who barely spoke English... and couldn't differentiate between ADD MAYO and NO MUSTARD... a lot of angry customers.

    4. I was still stressed about my mcat score, so after the day was over, I raced home (I think I was doing 110mph... running a few lights, etc) at 11pm to find out... scores have been delayed. Til when? No one knows.

    5. I came home to find out that L-ster had pooped AND peed in my apartment.. . she's been house-trained for 2 years now. Why today? Probably because she ate/drank all that trash.

    ... long... freaking... day.

I now have to train a new guy tomorrow... this one speaks English.

    Morning all.

I'm so sore. I feel like I've been working out 24 hours straight, ouch, ouch, ouch. Painting a room is physically straining. Oh, and if I ever see pink again it will be too soon. ;) Actually, the room is looking great, and most importantly, Sydney loves it! :)

Sneezy, poopy, crappy, sorry to hear that. Bad Lily, no more garbage. :(

Biggie, omlet, no fair, now I'm hungry, but I have no eggs. :(

Starty honey, I hope you feel better soon.

    Coffee, I need more coffee!
