Flies eh?
I'm just sitting here... Lost 5 lbs in one day =D
Weighed in at the beginning of practice on Monday at 146... After 1300 calories, 7.3 Miles, and a lot of sweating and layers, I just weighed in on my scale at 141
Whew... One more day hopefully of this crazy dieting stuff and I can actually not have to watch what I eat.
Well no, Maybe a Nice plate of Spaghetti or some.. Tiramisu.. Or a pumpkin latte from Starbucks:D
