I followed a link here tonight from another friend whom I know cares for me - (just by natural curiosity). I then followed a link in the sig of someone who welcomed me - Alty (I honestly don't know why!! ). I felt attracted to a woman I had never known - but whose death affected me deeply for some reason. I then got linked to this thread, and learned about castles - and shovels - and the way we often cover up our deepest problems with a veneer of 'trivia.'
I've already said I speak from the heart, and that gets me into trouble sometimes. I truly never expected to be speaking so deeply in my first posts in a new forum. I really feel that Jo has touched me through you guys, and I want to thank you ALL. You don't get forums about alcohol-related problems in the bank charges sites I have been in. If you haven't got one here, then you damn well are going to get one!! I'm sure you have, though - and I'll be in there soon, Thank you all. Thank you, Jo. Maybe - just for once - somebody put me in the right place at the right time, eh ?
