Lol, nope. The era of Jane Eyre, Woman in White, Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice. You know, tragedy, comedy, betrayal, promise, etc. all those "full" emotions...

    You got to be sometimes!

I want a day to sleep in...

Hey Start I was telling my S/O last night about your fifteen girl plan... he told me "Never, not happening EVER" not fifteen anyway...

I actually don't think that fifteen girls could fit comfortably in our house. I did tell him that I am going to do the slumber party thing this summer for our daughter... her birthday is the first week of school which isn't the most fun time to have a party, so I am going with the 6 mo. Celebration for her friends this year.

That is exaclty why my husband is leaving with our three boys this weekend to go camping in the rain. I know its crazy, I know I am crazy, but the things I do for her, she will never know until it falls on her own plate. I love her and want her to be able to get CRAZY as long as I am here to see it;)

Sounds like fun Justy, take lots of pics;)

It's called commitment phobia... I have done my share of pushing and he has done his share of rebelling... but things are great with us. The ring will come, but I am OK waiting until he is ready (took 6 months of self-help therapy to say that line ;))

Ok... but I guess that I would say that '5 years' is a commitment... isn't it? Sorry, I don't want to probe... :)

It's a commitment. We are in a great place. He has never been married and we have had some obsticles that I think he has had a hard time adjusting to.

    Children.
    Custody Case.
His sister's big wedding in the works.
My tubes are tied, he wants children of his own.
    My push for marriage.

He is committed to this relationship, the ring will come.

It's quite all right. I pushed real hard for awhile and then I gave myself the mental ultimatum, but in the end I realized that we have a great relationship, that the only thing we have ever really disagreed about was moving the relationship forward, but there are a lot of things that we have going on. In the end, I would rather wait until he is ready, then to push him out of my life.

Also, my divorce was not even finalized until Jan 2007.

Yeah, we get that all the time.

He actually got laid off last summer and just got back to work at the beginning of the year. I am hoping that once we are back on our feet, he will think about the ring.

They treat me like a b*tch around here at work. They pay me to do office work which his a pain in itself, but they have me go and do labor work half of the time when they need something done. I am just tired of being used. So, I am looking for another job where I know what I am doing when I go to work.
