Well you would be the "Royal" Canadian Mounted Police... and trust me... the only thing royal about them is that they are a Royal pain in the A$$... LOL! The cop that was suppose to come about Niki still hasn't shown up, and that was in May! Those are city cops though. The RCMP are basically hwy patrol.

Hi everyone. Day 2 is over.

So far, the business is doing very well, but I'm not so sure I can keep up with this; it's only been TWO days and I'm virtually dying. The 13 - 15 hour days are killing me. It's... been... a grind.

It's not going to be the long hrs like that all of the time is it. YOu're going to be one tired puppy!

Yes... I open at 10am and close at 10pm.. . and I have to go in an hour before to start setting up and stay an hour after to clean...

What classes? I graduated! :)

Now, if I do get into med school (fingers crossed), it'll be next year... so I'll run it until next year, and then give it to my father as a present.. . not a bad gift?

You would give up the restaurant to your father Sneezy? I have to say that is very commendable.

I know what it takes to get a business off the ground, this is the third business that I have started, it requires almost everything you have to give... time is only part of it as I am sure you know. Good luck in your endeavor my friend. The rewards can be bountiful...

Possibly you may want to consider giving your father half of the business that he can run while you are at school and then later. You can maintain say a 50% ownership, it is always nice to have something to fall back on...

Oh, simple stuff... you know, I use to eat rice ,and today I had chicken, in one of those chinese recipes, 'boiled' chicken more precisely in some powder and it has a great taste! Then some veg. And had a 'tiramisou' as desert, that's a cake with coffee flavour

I made some red curry for the ladies last night, it came from my work and I just added the chicken and veggies, it was so perfect and they all really liked it too!
I love Rice, but would rather bave brown rice than white!

As a matter of fact, my mom mixes both! Brown is a little expensive, so...

Hopefully, my belly is full! Otherwise, you'd have made me hungry:p!
