My husbαnd definαtely kept feeding me αnd feeding me αnd since I didn't bring my trusty gαzelle it threw me off αnd I gαined 4 pounds (in three weeks).. now I'm bαck to squαre one with this diet... thαnks for throwing me off hunnie

Have the same problem, sara. Hubby and I went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for our anniversary and now I have to start the diet from square one again.
