What? I can't lose anymore weight? I have only lost a little over 80 pounds. I am good with for now but in July I am starting the Insanity Workout so, hopefully come September, I will be extremely ripped! Haha. You will be saying Channing Tatum who?

Adam, you were damn fine before! But I do understand the need to want to feel good too. Good luck! My friend did the insanity work out after she had a baby and lost all the weight in like 4 months, she looks awesome. I'm half tempted to try it myself.

Well I thank you for that but at least you understand the self want and desire to be where you want to be. I just hope I have the mentality for the workout. It seems pretty intense and they say it isn't for everyone. But I am pretty strong willed but I guess we will see if I can finish the 6 days a week workout for 2 months!

Adam, try the P90X workout. I can't even do the warmup for that video without wanting to die. Sneezy said he tried it, and it worked very well, but he also said it was the hardest workout he's ever done in his life, and he was very happy when it was done.

Insanity is supposed to be way harder than the P90 work out! It's insane! Lol

LOL! I can't say. I haven't tried it. I did try P90X, or the warmup video anyway. The warmup almost killed me. I can't imagine doing the actual workout videos.

I did try "Hip Hop Abs" which was made by the same person that made the "insanity" workouts. Didn't do a thing, and those I got through.

Yea, I bought the p90x videos a few years back and wasn't to impressed and never finished them because I didn't really like most of it but I have heard so many good things about the p90x videos. I have also heard the insanity workout is supposed to be a lot harder. Watch this video:

As part of a kinder, gentler AMHD I should have added that Gamed may very well be the person in the photograph. He would know the name signed on the release.

Did admin take the pic off, or did Gamed? If he did put that pic in, and was not him, he should own up to it and we would respect him for it. After all, he did have some great advise on here.
