Well, this month seems to be quite full of birthdays. A week or so ago, it was Niki, yersterday Starty and Joe and Alty is indirectly announcing hers! Gosh!

Starby I really hope you can find some relief from the headaches hon. I sometimes get stress headaches and they are not fun. Some of the things I have learned (from being on this earth so long);

Sit up straight and tilt your head to the left and right, trying to touch you ear to your shoulder, hold it there for a count of 20 each side.

Stand under your shower with the water as hot as you can, let the hot water pour on your head and neck. The hotter the water the better.

Squeeze the muscle between your thumb and fore finger and hold it, sometimes this offers temporary relief...

By the way, do me a favor, look around and see if you find a club or a 2 x 4 lying around on the floor... it seems that after my most recent headache I found one... yeah, I got this surprise headache and a big pain at the back of my head. And there was this 2 x 4 lying on the floor behind me... no one was around.. very strange... :D :eek: :confused:

I'm heading out... I'll be studying for most of today, then maybe finding something to do tonight.
