No I am sure its not the swine.
I have been freezing since Sunday. Piling on clothes to keep warm. Had a throat thing for a bit and I have had this cough all week. Coughing so much now I do it in tears because my chest is hurting so bad. I just had a warm cup of something to drink, since the heater here at work still isn't working, and its making me feel so sick. Like I want to throw up. Yesterday I was to tired to even come in here. I just lurked. Since I got to work this morning I just sat here and stared at the computer. Period, nothing else. So cold, sore and tired.

You know what red, I am better off here. My son has been getting out of school early most of this weak for parent/teacher conferences so I would just have him to take care of. He is very very active. I would be working harder at home.

By the way, I have me a little smart fart. He is above everything in his class, like he has been since he started school. Every time he brings home something its been a or a 100. Everything she showed me in the conference was the same way. He is in accelrated reading, his math skills are beyond his grade. I am so proud of him. He doesn't even try it just comes to him. His only problem is he is a busy body. He won't shut up.

I know and I am so proud of him.
Then I have a friend who has a boy almost 3. Not talking at all. Saying only YA and NO. He still uses a bottle and still wears a diaper. Parents are working with him at all. Poor kid.

Hey Sunny! I'm sorry you are sick. Last Friday I had a sore throat and into Saturday but then it ended and I had horrible sinuses and my head felt like it was going to explode but now from day one to now I have had a horrible horrible cough. It won't go away. Argh!!

That's how I feel adam. Like my head is going to explode. The worse part is I have a Thanksgiving dinner to be at tomorrow. I will be fine. Just sucks.

Yea, I remember the heater and the whole gas problem. With the heater, not you.

Red, I remember that. I was bad sick everyday for 15 days. Now I was bad sick and now cough for 7 days now.

Is the cough coming from a throat irratation (sp) or your chest?

Have you mucus and what colour?

If the throat starts getting raw, I highly recommend hot lemonade. The mix powder does well, just add very hot water. Mix it strong enough to cut through the junk coating the back of your throat, then the heat and sugar will feel really good.

I believe the cough is coming from my chest. I usually cough up mucus. It began with the mucus being yellow now it is mostly clear.

Love this recipe... I usually lash in a drop of whiskey...

Clear mucus is good.. if it continues don't wait as long as you did the last time... and Don't take someone else's meds!!
