And I don't know what eggs are going for, but I see gas prices going up while I drive from block to block! The price on the signs outside the gas stations are moving a quickly as the move on the pumps themselves! :(

I am still taking care of mom. I made her her favorite the other night... spinach and ricotta stuffed shells. They were great. Last night it was swordfish, but my husband made that. It was AMAZING!

Other then that, nothing exciting. No school on Monday so I will probabaly do house work then.

Yeah she is outstanding. Very upbeat and organized. Makes my job easy. The paperwork is far less involved when they are good teachers.

How are things with you? Are you enjoying your beautiful kitchen? I think I might need a copy of your plans... when I grow up I want a kitchen just like that!!
