It's a .50 cal sniper rifle Blacky. They use them in the war. Shoots up to a mile in the right conditions.

Ah, it depends on which state. In NY and MA it's damn near impossible to understand the gun laws.

In NH, if you have a driver's license you can buy a gun and carry it openly if you wish. No silly courses, no firearm registration, no questions asked.
