Sadly I have never taken a course or anything, so everything I make is learn as you go and hope for the best. I'm sure there are tons of better and easier ways to make things but I don't know them. It's hit and miss.

My hubby calls it Andreaism, the art of doing things Andrea's way. :D

Really? It wasn't an original idea, saw a table like it in a catolog, decided to copy it with a few Andreaisms thrown in. ;)

The top is oak, the tile was really cheap, just plain white hight gloss tile. I usually like to use slate or something with a natural finish, but these tables were gifts to a friend and a teacher of Jared's. I decided to go with white because you can't go wrong there, matches everything. ;)

I don't know how I blew up my soup, I had it in the microwave for one minute, took it out, stirred it, put it back in for another minute, with 2 seconds left on the second minute, it blew. Bowl was thrown aside and soup was EVERYWHERE in the microwave... lovely way to spend a thirty minute lunch.

Mystery hot pocket is the game my partner plays with himself. I rarely eat hot pockets and now I really avoid them. He buys like 6-7 boxes then takes them all out and put the individually wrapped packages in the freezer door, you never know which one is which. He loves the BBQ Beef ones, that I hate... so right now about half of the mystery ones are BBQ Beef and that is of course the one I picked, but you don't know until you cook them.

Hey, it's a hard thing to do. I smoked for over three years and then quit cold turkey and then I picked it back up a couple of weeks ago after going 6 months without. I quit about a week ago though. It's just something hard to overcome. Just curious, what brand do you smoke, I would guess that you are a marlboro light girl?

In the US I smoke Marlboro reds

In Canada I smoke DU Maurier Regular or Players.

I buy mine at the reserve for only $4.00 so it's really really cheap.

BBJ: I "quit" smoking about 3 years ago. But I always smoked a cigarette once a month, now since all the crap is happening I've turned to it. Bad excuse I know. Bad, bad, bad.
