Low blow there Padre. In reality it's Domino's. We couldn't get MickyDs or KFC to give us a student/group discount. LOL

That's the pic that will be on the composite in school for years to come. That's the one that I'm ordering. The ones from the pinning ceremony will not be professional. The ones from graduation will be in cap and gown.

Cool, I think that is a wonderful picture. Will you be posting more from the ceremony since you are so far away and we all can't come to the ceremony/party?

Only one hand sis, two hands is bad luck. Exam Monday is on Neurologic problems (brain damage for example), burns and burn units... etc. I got to make at LEAST an 86% on this one.

I'm sure after being on this forum for some time, you've encountered all sorts of cases of neurological problems... I know I've furthered my research.

WOW is all we can say while having some nice Spam Hors' doeuvres. I make the ones with fat Spam lips, green olive with pimento eye balls and a popcorn shrimp nose nestled in a bed of blue cheese. Yummy. But hey, nothing but the best for J.

Yes, having AH for a friend is exactly like having a fairy godmother. You never know when she'll surprise us. I just stared at the package wondering "what the heck? What is this? I didn't order anything." Then I opened the package, here is what she sent.

Again AH dear, thank you. You are beautiful and truly All HEART!

Oh, 22 more days. That's counting the weekends and the days I'm not in school, LOL. Only one more clinical to go then I'll be done with all the ridiculous time consuming paperwork.

Than you all so much for the encouragement. 18 days now I do believe. Tomorrow will be my last clinical and I get to view a surgery!!

Just sitting here waiting for exam grade now, got another exam next Monday, then it's the final on the 30th. Whew, I can't wait till it's over.

Oh, yeah, got my cap and gown today. Woo Hoo

    Hysterectomies... yikes...

I'll stick to my hip replacements...
  • Apr 14, 2008, 02:05 PM
    J_9
LOL, well the doc doing the TAH is the one I will be working for in L&D, so even though he delivered my youngest child, I'd like to see him work in the OR. Oh, and do you tell your patients with hip replacements that they should never cross their legs again?

My attending's a bit brash, but in a good way...

If the patient's relatively young, then after about 6 months, he says they can do whatever they feel comfortable doing.

Cool, I have a brash charge nurse myself. Apparently I'm the only one in the group that likes her. LOL
