I visited Illinois years ago and I found it to be one of the cleanest states I have ever seen.
Whenever someone mentions your state I always say the same thing* what a clean place* :)

I grew up in Melrose Park, Northbrook and Evanston. Worked downtown at Water Tower for many years. It is a great City.
