The kids are at the same ole little country school here in Oregon... It is a lovely school with less kids and better teachers I suppose. We moved 5 minutes up the hill by the river. I wish we were on the river though. BUT with Jett being who e is (a little angel) we are better off across the world from a river.
Where are you going camping Tus? I love camping... If all the kids go I like to take the trailer... I know I know at least we are free from the hustle and bustle and out in the great wide open.

Very good Start! A+ for you. Moving is stressful no matter how far. I have moved three times in my life, but never more than 2 miles at a time.

Camping at a campgrounds near my house... in a trailer with my bathroom, a microwave, and running water. There is camping... and then there is hardcore camping. Me... I need my bed and a bathroom. It is actually halloween weekend this weekend. It even has a haunted hayride!

Country living is the best. The only way to be. When I go to NYC I just want to break out of there!!

I am very excited about it being Thursday!

I have four of my own... we are fostering Jesse and then I have three brothers to watch, two sisters, brother and a sister, and a boy, and another girl... sometime more if they are here at the right times and I can fit them in so I don't get arrested for having too many at the same time. They all come and go at different times so they are not here all together... My friend Paul thinks I should get a job and startover with myself... he thinks I am a nutcase... He says OK Start.. "you are a good mother OK? can we jsut stop trying to be one to everybody now?" I am OK with all the kids... just not settled with myself... I need to do some soul searching if you know what I mean. Camping we used to be hardcore then came Jett and Max and decided it was time for a trailer. We actually just bought a new one... I am thinking about making it my get away when we are not camping... I could go out there and read a book or when I get a laptop, I can go out there and play with you guys! Oh I hope you think about me while you are camping, stay up the latest and pick up all the garbage, sit down by the almost out fire and look up at the stars... let them tell you what to do.

Wow you are a busy lady! I think it is great that you are a foster mom. How do you keep everything straight though? You must have lists all over your house, grocery, dr. appointments, medicine lists. Wow you are a SUPERMOM!

I actually use my camper as my get away sometimes. Your last statement brought tears to my eyes. I love being the last one up at night (or the first one up in the morning) and sitting around the fire when it is quiet. It is then when I feel the closest to my dad... he was a nature lover too. I will think of you, while I am out there and wish for you to have some "quiet you time" when I see that shooting star.

Yes, I meant what I said. I love being quiet. I love the surroundings when I am camping, kids fall asleep as soon as they hit the bed, so does Dustin... I like to walk into the trailer after getting chilled from the night and ohhh the warmth... I think about my friends and family and people I know or have known, I let my mind go and wonder what if or what about this or that. Oh, I think I will do that tonight, go to the fire pit and just sit for a bit after everyone is in bed. I might be tired cause when I start talking to myself... oh boy... You have a wonderful trip... and have a drink for me and a nice thought!
I do have a cork board and a calendar... and a mind that keeps everything I need in order... the things I forget are the thing I just don't need... LOL Our kids are great and Jesse is too... him and Grady are 14 and 13... they are sharing a room, which has taken it's toll on Grady... he has to share and be cool... he isn't used to it. We are having a few talk back issues with Jesse, other than that he is a pleasure to have around... he is smart, handsome and so funny. He knows how to change my mood instantly... He like coffee too, and he loves the puter... he and I have two things in common so far! LOL

Off to the shower... the kids are gone, well two are here playing a game... I will need to run to get milk and whatever else wants to take the money out of my pocket! Hugs... see you in a few.

Woho! Just correcting tests and the kids did well. Always makes me feel good when that happens :)

Looks like the trip is going to be delayed a bit. Doctors mistakes and waiting on work papers. I went there for just a visit. Not well organized so the waiting begins.

Well I do not remember if I already said something but brough superbaby in for his vaccinations yesterday. The doctor asked when his birthday is. Said it was on the 29. Well he said I can not do it. We are like what? Sorry he said I can not do it unless it is exactly on his birthday or after. Well we are going away, he was like its not me but government regulations. So have to go there Monday morning. I was also told several times by the people at work that the papers I need today from work would all be ready. We all went to work to pick it up, uhm they could not find it and the person taken care of all the papers called in sick. So they have no idea where it is? So until I get those papers I can't go anywhere.

In the words of my kids "That bites the big one!"

Wow... Can't you wait till after the trip to get the vacc... I know when jett was a itty bitty baby... I had to wait till we got here for his second set of shots...

Sometimes I wonder if people are doing such things on purpose,just to make everyone's life difficult!
Sorry to hear about the delay,maybe it is for the better, who knows what's in store for you and us in the future!:)

Firm, I like your way of thinking. Maybe there is a good reason of these delays. Everything happens for a reason, right. Start, the thing about waiting is I am not sure when we are coming back. That is still up in the air so I think it is better to get them done before we leave.

As far as the papers from work I need to fill them out and get them all settled before leaving. There is no way for me to do it down there, it is a must I get it done before I leave.
