Mmmmm... I love tabletop gaming.
But... long distance friendships are why MMOs exist!
Alas! Alack! Princess Synn, I beg your pardon...
Yes, yes, I know... INTERNET!
*sigh*
Or you could just come visit!
Minnesota... *sigh*
Lol... that is definitely an option! :)
Lol, remember how I always JUST miss sneezy? 12:16 to 12:18. Once again... heh.
Mmm, burger king. Unfortunately when the other two people who are here today found out I was going out, I ended up having to pick up food for everyone else :)
Oooo... wow... a Whopper really sounds good...
Darn it, Resty... lol.
I've lost 50 pounds in the last 7 months... by NOT eating Whoppers!
Oh well... one can't hurt, right! ;)
(Have to keep my sexy figure for Sneezy... ;) )
50 lbs? Nice :)
I'm trying to get on track to lose about 40. I don't like all this weight I seem to have gained since HS... I've put on about 25. I'm looking to get back to where I was when I actually looked good, if I do say so myself :)
I just need to find myself a workout buddy. I skate 4 or 5 times a week, but that doesn't help slim my waist down any, lol. On the other hand, I do have strong legs...
I've got a KILLER waist-cinching exercise that I... well, can't exactly show you now, can I? LOL!
Its awful... but golly, it works!
Lets see if I can explain it...
You sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Twist your waist and put your nose to the floor behind you... (wow... this is hard to describe) Without using your hands (well, as little as possible), bring your body back to a 90 degree angle, twisting from your waist as you sit up. Do this 10 times each side. In a week, you'll start to notice a difference! :)
Is that legs apart a little so I can keep my balance? I think I get what you're saying... but I know I can't get my nose to the floor behind me, lol.
Like.. I could twist my upper torso to the right and sortof lay on my stomach, while my legs are still upright and forward, right? And then without hands, go back to regular sitting position?
I think so... You start sitting at a right angle, legs apart a bit - for balance.
You got the other parts right!
Cool. I'll have to try that out.
I'm a big fan of the good ol crunches, but I can never will myself to do them, lol. I always feel the burn. I was sick with a really not-fun cold about 2 months ago, I lost 20 pounds over the course of a week... and managed to keep 5 off, lol. I guess getting sick has it's benefits.
Crunches... blech... lol
The thing about this exercise, it works your sides and waist - because, basically, you're using muscles in your waist and side to pull up the weight of your torso... its an intense exercise if you do it right. You won't need more than 10 on each side for a bit. When your body gets used to the repetitions, you can up it to 15 or 20.
Awesome. After my waist I got to get some upper body strength, lol. I used to install cable... carrying around a 28' extension ladder was all I needed to keep my strength up. Now that I work in an office, I can't do a singple pullup.
Just came in to say a quick HOLLA!
Busy today... will check in to see what shenanigans you are all up to again in awhile!
Have a good day all!
Later kids! ;)
Oh and p.s.. . if you see me in here for too long today? Tell me to get out and get my work done k? ;)
How long is "too long"? :)
Hey starby!
Get to work :)
Bye starby!
Lol
Hehe... yes Chicky and Retsy... break is over! Before I know it I'm on too long... so how long is toooo long Chicky?. I never know? That's why you have to kick me out! :D
LOL! I'm not the one to talk about "too long", nor am I the one to set that standard!! :D
