    exactly ^_^

right now I have two sleeping under my legs and two fighting over my head. Not sure where the other two are.

I don't WANT to give any of my babies away. I'm going to cry when they go to new homes.

I have to tell you guys the mentality of what I work with.

One of the guys here is having issues with his wife. They are off and on. He moved out a couple weeks ago. They have two children together already. So a couple days ago he is so cranky and says how he just wants to shoot himself his life sucks. We ask why. Well his wife told him she was pregnant again. So someone asks him if he is sure its his. His comment "I know its mine I watched her pee on the stick"

Wow, that's all I can say. He must be a member on this site. Maybe we have talked with him and we don't know it. Oh boy that's so sad I couldn't even laugh.

Ya that wasn't the comment I expected from him.

I am well. They broke ground on our house this week. Its so exciting. I can't believe its going to happen. My first mortgage I remember thinking I am going to be so old when its paid off. Now this time, I will be old! It's a 30 year mortgage. Yikes!
  • May 14, 2010, 12:52 PM
    albear

Wow yep you will be old by then :D

I'm not sure what you mean by 'broke ground' if I hear something's broke it usually means a bad thing, but you seem happy about this being broke :D
  • May 14, 2010, 12:55 PM
    88sunflower
Well we are having the house put in. They had to come in and get the site ready for the cement pad they are putting the house on. "Broke ground" I guess is the term for they are starting to build it. Hang on I have my camera and a picture and you will see what I mean... give me a second.

And you've already set up your trampoline :D

Yes well we live right next door. So I had the trampline there for a few summers now. We take it down for winter though. Its been set up again for about a month. Yes I jump on it and love love love it.

    :D

My brothers got one 13 ft its massive, takes up about 1/3 of the garden :D

This one is actually a 15 foot one. It may not look it because its pretty far back. They are way to fun. Do you ever get on it? I am so a kid at heart. I bought it for Gavin when he was two. Really at that age I bought it more for me. What can a two year old do with a trampline. My sister-in-law peed her pants the first time she was on it.

I go on every now and again. I went on it with a broken leg, even have a pic somewhere as proof:D

Yeah no use kidding yourself who you bought it for ;)

With a broken leg? Crazy! Can't imagine that felt to good.

Silly bear isn't that why we have kids? Of course I bought the WII for him, of course I bought his little power wheels Escalade for him(yes my arse fits in it just fine), of course the pool was bought for him and the floaties with the drink holders. All these things are for him. I hate to keep going he might sound spoiled. So I play with it all to equal it out.

I am done for the day bear. I am locking this place up and heading home. I may pop in later. You never know with me.

Tip of the day: Stay off trampolines with broken legs.

Lol, yes to even it out of course, and have lots of fun doing so :D

No worries my leg was in a cast so that acted as my leg instead of the actual bones in my leg :)

Trampolining is fun - except when you have to hang onto your boobs so they don't bounce too much - looks a bit silly...

Isn't that to funny? I have to tell the story here because there are so many similar ones on this site like that.

Now about these kittens I keep reading about. I so want one! I have two cats now and have been thinking of another. Fed Ex me one please.

Sunny, I have a house design idea for you.

When I was in high school, I went to someone's house for a cast party. Don't remember who or what play. What I DO remember, is that their back deck had a big hole in the middle. In that hole, was a trampoline. You walked right from the deck onto the trampoline. They also had a swimming pool in their basement.

If you want to take your trampoline down for winter, you can just make a big 'plug' to go over the hole when the trampoline's not there.

Oh my god that sounds awesome. I have sliding glass doors to coming off my dining room. Ooohh better yet put the trampoline like you said and the pool off the side. Can't imagine how many broken bones that would cause. Jumping from the trampoline in the deck to the pool.

If you can find a way to get a kitten to you, I'm more than happy to let you adopt one. Unfortunately, since I don't drive, I won't be much help in the transporting department.

There's actually a group of truckers that transport animals.

Oh Sunny, you really have to adopt a kitten. Adopt Alty-cat, she needs you!

Pack your bags, we're going on a guilt trip. :)

Stop it Alty! As it is I take in every stray in the neighborhood and let them live here as long as they want. For years I kept dog food here and I don't even have a dog. But just in case...

Oh great bags are packed. This is going to be a long ride.

Wow if that's Alty-cat I pass. Looks like Gizmo the gremlin with those big eyes. Will it turn nasty if it gets wet?

LMAO! No, that's not Alty-cat. Alty-cat is a calico cutie. This one is some genetic freak with huge eyes, but still, I think she's cute, and so sad looking.

I guess it's back to the drawing board. Any hints on how I can make you crack and adopt Alty-cat?

Now go adopt Alty-cat. You can't distract me Sunnykins. :)

I'd like for alty-cat and unky to be adopted together, if possible. They've really bonded, and neither do well in unfamiliar or uncertain situations.

Aura will do fine just about anywhere, as long as she's allowed to do things on her terms. She likes to be around other people and cats, but likes her space. She accepts cuddles and pets, but only when SHE wants them.

Mop would be great around young kids. He loves cuddles and pets and loves nothing more than to curl up or play next to you. He's very careful with his claws and teeth, and almost never causes pain. I don't think living with a little kid who picks kitty up by the butt or head or puts kitty in a dress and stroller would phase him at all. In fact, I think he'd love it.
