Okay guys, little vent, for once not about anyone or anything on this site.

One of my down filled blankets sprung a leak. My bedroom looks like the murder site of a chicken farm. Feathers are everywhere. The kids found it before I did and decided to gut the rest of the blanket. Feathers are flying and they're invading the rest of the house. The vacuum is getting clogged. Should I just get some tar, put it on the kids and let them roll around? ;)

Been a busy day... classes and work, and didn't even have time to have lunch.

I just got back from the gym, about to shower, eat, and head to sbucks to write some more of my paper... and do some homework.

Today... because I was so busy, I lost quite a bit on the market. I was supposed to pull out around 1030am... but I didn't have time. Just checked it. Lost... 4 figures. Sad.

I'm also sort of coming down with something... sore throat. This is not good.

Thank you all for asking about my family. I've been waiting all day for an update, but I haven't heard a thing! So, I'm going to keep thinking that no news is good news.

I've been getting calls all day from the ex. (not the one with the no-contact order, but the previous 12 plus yr guy, lol) I didn't answer of course, but he left messages. The man has either gone insane, or he thinks I have. ;) He wants to know if I want to go on a road trip with him this wkd. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!. sorry, had to pick myself up from the floor!

My parents are leaving to come home tomorrow morning, of course with the damn boat! (be on the lookout Sneezy) My Mom sent me a rather creepy sounding email before the phone was disconnected, and the computer was packed up. She usually just sends an email to us kids to say "we're on our way, see you all when we get home." But this time she sent it to ALL family, saying things like, we know you all will be wishing us the best and praying for us, and we want you all to remember that we love you. Geez, I wish she wouldn't have done that! Now I'm going to be a nervous wreck, and jump every time I hear my phone ring for the next week!

So how is everyone else... if there is anybody here?! Oh, I think I see Friend sitting over there in the corner. :D

I wasn't on too much today either. Got some more of my arrangements done,. did some cleaning and found flower parts everywhere, lol But that was about it. My van won't start again, so now I don't know if someone has been messing with it again, or if it's maybe the battery (shouldn't be, it isn't very old) or the alternater, I guess could possibly be another thing... blah! All that means is more money I have to spend. I would rather be SHOPPING! ;)

Okay, I am a glutton for punishment. I just got a reddie for telling a fifteen year old pregnant girl that she shouldn't run away with her 18 year old boyfriend. Guess who gave me the reddie, the 15 year old pregnant girl. Why do I bother? Fr_CHuck pretty much gave the same advice, he got a reddie from her too. KIDS!

I know... I think they are just waiting for the other 15 yr old kids to say... yes, yes, run away with him, he'll love you and he'll get a job at Mickey D's to make sure he has enough money to pay for your medical bills and take care of his baby moma. He'll buy you a big house (or trailer, lol) and when you finish school, he will ask you to marry him, and you and him and your baby will run off into the sunset to go backpacking in Europe!

I basically told her that she was living in a dream world, so no, yours wasn't to harsh. I was nice about it though. I told her that at 15 she really didn't know what love was, that even though she really thinks she's in love, and those feelings are very real, the chances that her and this boy will be together forever and make it, especially with a baby on the way, are not bloody likely. Really, talking to a 15 year old girl is like talking to a brick wall. But hey, I was like that when I was that age. I just wish they'd realize that maybe, just maybe, because we were teenage girls too, that we might know what we are talking about. Frustrating. Sorry for the book.
