Start, I meant to tell you that my wife is into yoga also. She goes to excersice class on Mondays and Thursdays, yoga.

Hmmmm, I am doing pretty well with it Stringer... I am feeling a difference already mind and body... I really do love it!

You have started to do Yoga Start? That is awsome. Good for you. Yoga does a world of difference, although I have never tried it.

When I started Karate, we learned a form of meditation and I took it a step further to make it a regular routine which made a huge difference in mind, spirit and body.

Is anyone else still experiencing how much slower it seems for the AMHD pages to download. Plus before when someone responded to a thread I posted on I would get an email in my Outlook, it only happens occasionally now.

Just wondering if it is just my computer?

I stayed home today to take care of my Little Cheeks. I think it was important he has been sick and myself as well. Plus me being home gives Proud a break as well.
